Tip #1- Plan your menu ahead of time

Planning your meals ahead of time can save you much time on cooking, food preparation and calorie counting. It will prevent you from straying from your path which can result in weight loss stall. Now, before you start with your much-awaited diet with HCG, grab your pen and paper and begin to plan your daily lunch, snack and dinner menus for your next week and a couple of weeks to follow.

Tip #2- Collect your recipes ahead of time
