HCG Diet Phase 2 Meal Plan

NO fat, HIGH protein, VERY low carb and eating ONLY the HCG Diet allowable food is what makes this diet a distinctive one. Maintaining a 500 calorie diet is NO joke- a tiring process.

NO worries because we’ve compiled a 1-week sample of meal plan that you can follow for your hcg diet phase 2 journey.

Day 1 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Green tea

AM Snack: Apple

Lunch: 3.5 oz. chicken breast, grissini breadstick, asparagus

Dinner:  3.5 oz. shrimps on top of lettuce with approved HCG Diet dressings and

Melba toast

Snack: A handful of strawberries 

Day 2 Meal Plan 

Breakfast: Coffee with stevia

AM Snack: Apple

Lunch: 3.5 oz. grilled chicken with cabbage slaw and approved HCG Diet salad dressing

Dinner: 3.5 oz. steak with spinach and grissini stick

Snack: Apple pie 

Day 3 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of milk and sweetened with stevia

AM Snack: Apple

Lunch: 3.5 oz. grilled steak with lettuce, mustard and grissini stick

Dinner: 3.5 oz. tilapia sprinkled with paprika, baby spinach tossed with approved HCG Diet salad dressing and crushed grissini stick

Snack: Strawberries with stevia 

Day 4 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Water

AM Snack: Orange

Lunch: 3.5 oz. Lean beef patty, mustard, 1 diced large tomato

Dinner: 3.5 oz. Chicken lettuce wraps (chicken with salsa wrapped in lettuce), Melba toast

Snack: Strawberries with stevia

Day 5 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of milk and sweetened with stevia

AM Snack: Apple

Lunch: Triumph Slim Shake (1 scoop), 1 cup of cucumber and Melba toast

Dinner: 3.5 oz. tilapia with lemon juice, 6 pieces asparagus spears

Snack: 1 large orange 

Day 6 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of milk and sweetened with stevia

AM Snack: Apple

Lunch: 3.5 oz. grilled steak with lettuce, mustard and grissini stick

Dinner: 3.5 oz. lean ground beef with 1 vidalia onion grilled and Melba toast

Snack:  1 handful of strawberries with stevia

Day 7 Meal Plan

Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of milk and sweetened with stevia

AM Snack: ½ grapefruit

Lunch: 3.5 oz. chicken breast with 1 large cucumber and Melba toast

Dinner: 3.5 oz. shrimp, lettuce with approved HCG Diet salad dressing and grissini stick

Snack: 1 orange

Remember:

  • Coffee and tea in any quantity without sugar. Use Stevia instead of sugar
  • Milk allowed in 24 hours is ONLY 1 tablespoon
  • Always scale your protein raw and unfrozen
  • Beef choices must be 93% lean and 7% fat or closer
  • All meats must be stripped off any fats
  • Avoid pickled and dried fish
  • Eat ONLY one type of veggie at each meal
  • Choose only between Melba toast or grissini breadstick at each meal except for breakfast
