The good news is that there are several ways to live a healthier life without going over budget. Living a healthier life, whether you are on or off HCG injections need not be expensive. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to eat healthily, but you need to change your way of thinking. Go back to the basics. When grocery shopping, buy nothing you can’t pronounce.

  4. Cut the junk and processed foods. Not only they are costly, but they’re unhealthy too. Cutting back on junk and processed foods can help your wallet and your body. Choose healthy whole foods over junk and processed foods.

  6. Choose whole foods. You don’t have to buy organic to be healthy. Organic foods are a great way to avoid pesticides but just because you’re not buying anything organic doesn’t mean to say they are not healthy. Whole foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, and seeds are less expensive, but they’re free of additives, chemicals, and preservatives. They’re packed with nutrition too. 
  7. Buy in bulk. Buying in bulk can save you a lot of money. Rice, grains, oats are all available in bulk. When you store them properly, you can keep them for a long time.
  8. Buy frozen fruits and vegetables. Frozen fruits and vegetables are just as nutritious as fresh ones. They are also cheaper and are usually sold in large bags. Another advantage of buying frozen, you can take them out from the fridge when you are about to use them. The rest, you can put them back and keep them safe from spoiling.

  10. Use coupons. You can save by using coupons. Most coupons are for unhealthy foods just remember to use them wisely. Stock up on cleaning products and other necessities you need at home. By cutting down on those necessities, you can spend more on healthy foods.
  11. Shop at your local farmer’s market. Buying at a convenience store can save you time, but it will cost you more.
  12. Discount stores. Some stores offer great bargains for seasonal produce and chicken meat and cheese.
  13. Buy store brand. Rather than shopping for a brand name, buy a store brand. They have similar ingredients, but store brand is cheaper than brand names.
