Losing weight for me was not an easy process. It requires a lot of commitment so I can make a lifelong change. All my life, I have been dieting. I have tried countless known diet hoping that I would wake up the next day skinny. But none worked for me. Whenever I stopped, I yo-yoed back. I gained the weight back so easily.
My mom told me about HCG diet which she heard from one of her clients in the clinic she’s working. I was skeptical because I know it wouldn’t work for me like the other diets I’ve tried before. What caught my attention with HCG diet was the harsh calorie intake per day. None of the diets I’ve tried before requires me to limit my calorie intake to only 500 calories a day. Plus the foods choices are limited too.
Before starting with the HCG diet, I thought I would be having problems adjusting. But I was wrong. It was so easy for me. I decided to do the 46-day cycle because I have so, so much to lose- about 70-80 pounds. I think I’m gonna need to do several rounds. During the diet, I didn’t experience any hunger, headache and anxiety. I guess my dose was just right for me- 125 IU’s. I did have an apple day once because my weight plateaued. But after the apple day, I was able to get back on track. My maintenance phase with HCG diet was great. I haven’t gained even a pound.
My overall weight loss during the first round was 37 pounds. I am a lot lighter now but I still have so much to lose. I have more energy than before because I have lost some of my extra baggage. I have never felt better for ages and I like myself better now.
HCG diet is definitely the best diet I’ve ever tried. I did not only lose weight. I lost few inches in all the right places. HCG diet has taught me how to be healthy and how to eat healthily.
There is no other diet out there that works like HCG diet.
